Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Ready Digital Products, Customized Travel Plans and Daily Itineraries: Refunds for these types of digital products are not provided due to the nature of these items.
  • Consulting Video Calls: Refunds for consulting video calls are available if cancellation is made at least 3 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • Due to the personalized nature of the trip plan, refunds are not possible once the service has been provided.

Requesting a Refund:

  • To request a refund, contact us at info@visitfy.net with your order details and reason for the refund.

Processing Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Any applicable administrative fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please note that for refunds of amounts paid to other service providers, you must contact them directly. In the event of insolvency of Visitfy, MB, purchased recommended services such as flights, accommodation, sightseeing tours, etc., remain valid.
